CUB SCOUTS
(5-10 years old or grades K-5)

The pack has folded - COVID-19 reduced participation to next to nothing, though the two last Webelos crossed over to Troop 324. If you would like to help restart Pack 324, please talk to Rev. David Wright!

SCOUTS BSA
(10*-17 years old or grades 6-12)

Scout Troop 324 is one seriously active troop. We have at least an outing every month, meetings every week, and 4 Courts of Honor (celebrations of achievement) every year.  We have been continuously chartered by Westminster Presbyterian Church since 1956, and we added a girls' troop in 2020. We do our best to keep the costs of Scouting low, and provide fundraising opportunities to help spread/defray the cost of Scouting. We are well-represented in our Order of the Arrow chapter, our youth are provided with ILST and NYLT opportunities, and our adult leadership trains constantly and is heavily involved at the District and Council levels. We will help any youth who has the drive and desire to earn the Eagle rank to achieve that goal.

* New joining requirements, effective April 18, 2022:

  • At least 10 years old, currently in the fifth grade and register on or after March 1
    or
  • At least 10 years old and have earned the Arrow of Light Award
    or
  • At least 11 years old (but not yet 18)

SEA SCOUTS
(Ages 14-21)

There are few Sea Scouting units in the Denver area, but one of them is here.

Sea Scouts is a specialized program, and ours offers a high adventure program that combines the Sea Scouting program (boating) with scuba diving and other aquatics activities, and other Venturing program activities such as shooting sports, hiking, biking, etc., all tailored for older, co-ed youth.  We can do any Scouting activity! This is all done in a safe and respectful way with the environments we share, promoting community and social/personal responsibility amongst all of our members.

We do much of this on a 32-foot pontoon boat affectionately named, "The Ark" for its size.
